How long will it take to get my products?
We know that many of our customers are under scheduling demands because of their kitchen construction. Because of this we strive to ship product out the same day it is ordered.

Generally, if you order before 12:00 p.m. (noon) CST on a business day, your order will leave the same day. Otherwise, it will leave first thing the very next business day.

SiennaSinks.com Free Shipping is FedEx ground, and usually arrives within 2 to 5 business days anywhere in the country. Our warehouse is in Dallas TX, so the closer you live to Dallas, the quicker your product will arrive.

For your convenience, our system will send your FedEx tracking number to your email address as soon as it's issued to your order. This way you will have an idea of when your package will be delivered.

Why are all of your sinks undermount?
Our company has over a decade of experience fabricating and installing solid surface countertops such as granite, marble, slate, and quartz.

Our goal with SiennaSinks.com is to provide a very high quality sink and faucet product at an affordable price to a homeowner who is remodeling their kitchen with solid surface countertops. For many reasons, undermount sinks are the industry standard sink for solid surface countertop applications.

Although some of our sinks can be used as a drop in as well as an undermount, our whole line of product is designed to mount underneath solid surface countertops.

How many strainers do I need for my sink?
You need a strainer/drain for every bowl in your sink that will NOT have a garbage disposal. Our drain holes are standard size (3 1/2 inches) so you can use any standard size strainer/drain for your sink.

Your prices are so much better than the brand name sinks. Are your products inferior?

We go to great lengths to keep all product in stock at all times. Click on the image of the item you are interested in to view the details on that item. You will see the current status of that item in bold just above the "add to cart" button.

What brand are your sinks?
Our sinks are made private branded, and in most cases your sink will not have a brand name at all. In some cases the sink could ship in a branded box or have a brand on the underside of the sink. The branding might vary depending on what is in stock but the actual sink is EXACTLY the same. The only change is the branding materials. For example, if you purchase the Sienna Marci™ SS308 sink it could arrive in a plain box or in a box with a brand name on it. But no matter what "brand" the box says, it is the Sienna Marci™ SS308 sink. The branding materials are the ONLY difference. We can pass the savings on to you by being flexible and not wasting expense on the branding materials of our products.
