These Terms and Conditions set forth our current Terms and Conditions regarding any order placed with Sienna Products, LLC and/or SiennaSinks.com. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and fully understand Sienna Products, LLC's Terms and Conditions and freely consent to the terms and conditions as described in this Website Terms and Conditions. Sienna Products, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Order Cancellations

We are unable to refund any purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your product, please review our refund policy to decide the appropriate action.

The customer will be charged for return shipping and a restocking fee of no less than 10 percent for any delivery that is refused by the customer without prior authorization by Sienna Products, LLC for ANY reason other than product damaged during shipping.

If a shipment is refused because of damaged product, the customer must notify the deliverer that that is why it is being refused and notify Sienna Products, LLC immediately so a replacement can be sent.

Refund Policy

Sienna Products, LLC will refund 100% of the purchase price of the sink and/or faucet if you are not satisfied for any reason. Just return it to us within 15 days of the sale and the money will be processed back to your credit card.

Returns received after 15 days of the sale are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days of the sale are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Items are not eligible for return 60 days after the sale. The return date is the first business day the product is delivered to our offices. Items that have been installed are not eligible for return.

A return authorization number must be issued by calling 800.511.9581 before the product is returned. Instructions for returning product will be given at this time. See "Returning Product" below for important information regarding return shipping. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.

Damaged product is eligible for a prompt exchange at no shipping cost to the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping if damaged product is returned without an exchange.

Grate Sets ordered by themselves without a Sienna Sink are not eligible for refunds.

Special Value Pack pricing will be lost on partial order returns where Value Pack eligibility is lost due to the returned items. The pricing will be readjusted to normal pricing and the refund will be issued accordingly.

Returning Product

A return authorization number must be issued by calling 800.511.9581 before the product is returned. Instructions for returning product will be given at this time. Credit WILL NOT be given on items shipped back without a return authoriztion number. Credit WILL NOT be given on items shipped back to an address other than the address given at the time that the return authorization number is given.

Customers are responsible for returning the items in resellable condition. Dents, scuffs, scratches, and missing parts are not acceptable and refunds will not be given if items are returned this way. The customer is responsible for taking care to package the return carefully, and not place items inside the bowls of the sinks that can scratch the sinks.

Chargebacks and Reversals

Sienna Products, LLC offers 100% refunds to customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. SiennaProducts, LLC will report any unnecessary credit card chargebacks or reversals to all credit reporting agencies. All funds will still be due and necessary chargeback fees and charges will be applied.

Sienna Products, LLC and/or SiennaSinks.com provides sink templates and dxf files as a convenience to our customers. We recommend that you verify that the dxf file and/or template match the sink before using them to aid in cutting. SiennaSinks.com and any of our affiliated companies are not responsible for any errors in cutting. By using the provided dxf files and/or templates you agree to this condition.
